Hong: Singaporean by choice, British passport holder at birth, Hong Kong and very Chinese in blood. I completed my primary & early secondary levels of education with Catholic High School in Singapore (Pri 1 till Sec 2). Furthering my high-school education in Shawnigan Lake School (SLS) on Vancouver Island, Canada (Grade 9-12). Upon graduation, I served for two & a half years in the Singapore Armed Forces (Infantry), successfully entering the Officer Cadet School, only to have met with an unfortunate accident half way through, and completed my service in the force as an Admin-Specialist. My tertiary studies continued at the National University of Singapore (NUS), majoring in the field of Political Science [2004 – 2008]. Upon graduation, I pursued my Masters of Science with the Rajaratnam School of International School in the Nanyang Technological University (RSIS – NTU) [2008 – 2009]. On the 17th of December 2009, I founded ‘9tro Group Pte Ltd’, and have been working hard at it ever since [www.9tro.com].
